Appointments and Cancellation Fee

Your appointment is specifically reserved for you. As such we request 48-hours notice if you cannot attend.

We understand that missing an appointment may on occasion be unavoidable. However, if a second appointment is missed without 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be applied.


We will try to help you maximize your insurance benefits. However, insurance policies do vary. Please understand your dental insurance coverage is a contract between you and the insurance company. Full payment is expected at the time services are rendered for the 1st visit. You will receive the reimbursement from the insurance company when they process the claim. We accept assignemnt for the treatment visits (meaning you don't have to pay upfront, unless your insurance does not cover all of our fees).


  • Patients with healthy kids covereage always pay for the portion of the fees (the insurance covers about 50-60% of the cost of the visit)

  • Patients with First Nations status have all of their fees covered.
